haha, they can be a bit horrible if they are unflavoured. I would only use unflavoured ones when making smoothies with fruit and stuff, otherwise it just tastes too bad :D

Also, 75kg. Probably gonna cut the calories a bit this week since the finals for the regional tournament are next saturday, and I don't wanna be to heavy.

Yeah, they are currently my favourite lift, and I have to keep my shoulders strong for rugby, or I might get hurt bad. Next cycle I'll make sure I get the job done :twisted:

Go and get a bodyweight strict OHP (I'm assuming the ones you listed are strict. Is that right?) within a year!
