Mapmyrun starts the week on Sunday which is annoying but since they do the math for me I will stick with that.
4.95 trail miles, with club, kept up and chatted with another woman the whole time

tried to do a timed mile but I think I remembered my start time wrong, because I had a 9:40 mile and the next day on trail I did better?
3.9 mi, local paved trail
included a 9:06 mile (timed to see how fast I can do a mile now, distance measured on mapmyrun so approximate)

should have kept this shorter, was just supposed to be a test run for my new trail shoes before going out with the group on the weekend, but it was so easy to keep going. But then the next day I had less energy!

but those last 3 days in a row were too much for me. Then I accidentally took the next 3 days instead of 2 days off due to poor preparation for having to be at work early on Tues. This week will probably be lower total miles.
Started a training plan, convinced myself to squeeze a workout in on Wednesday this week only because I knew I was planning to post a training log here, yay veganfitness board!!!!!!!
