So umm, I joined at Definition 2 months ago. Since then some health stuff has gone on and that's been a bit of a set back. Has really messed with me but I'm getting there. Happy to share if you want to hear it.
Anyway.. currently squatting 60kg, leg pressing 150kg... haven't deadlifted for a while, but i assume that's somewhere around the 60kg mark. Doing legs tonight so I may surprise myself; I'll give it a go.
Since I joined the gym I've gone from 64kg and 27% body fat to 74kg and 32% body fat (last measured 1st May). This is mainly related to the health issues but I'm back down to 70kg about now.. getting measured again on 5th June. Wahhhh.
I'll have to post my current program so you guys can check it out.
