For warm up I tried to practice the soft style kettlebell technique. Looked really bad, but I´ll get there.... Pull ups: 4, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1 Squat: warm up with bar and 5+40 kg, then 5x3+65kg 2 sec down and 2 sec in bottom position Bench press: warm up then 5x3+40, felt like I could to more but I still feel this weekends kettlebell education in my upper... Row: intervals, 3x500 m wit a couple of minutes rest between, time: 1.53, 1.56, 1.55
Today I warmed up with some kettlebell stuff. Still looks awful. Then cleans: 2x3+35, 3+40, 2x3+42.5, 3x1+45, then a few lift at 35 KB press: 5x5+12 on each arm TGUs: 10/10+16 plank on pilates ball: 2x2 min
Snatch pull, snatch, OH-squat: 25-30 kg (stupit snatches, I never seem to get it right ) Deadlift: 5x5+75 kg Ring row/push ups (hands wide apart): 4x8/8 50 burpees, time: 2.46 (PB)
