few kicks and punches again, can barely justify logging it as physical activity really but we had good noob turn out

Front squat: 40kg x5 60kg x3 80kg 2x3
whatever I've pulled (don't think it is actually my hamstring) was getting annoyed to didn't go heavy
Pull ups: 3x8
