Overall happy with how it went. Wanted to not totally bomb out and I didn’t. Things that could have gone better were things like knowing how to pick up a sandbag and pacing the deadlift as cardio which are having practiced strongman stuff problems. Only proper stupid was not setting farmers grip well. Enjoyed it though which is the main thing.

Then as I was walking between train station I was thinking ‘I’d like hot food but don’t want to walk somewhere in the rain’ and happened to walk past a place called Pinto which I figure should have vegan foods based on the name. First member of staff I spoke to seemed very confused then another realised and sorted it and got a really, really awesome burrito.
Weird back tweak is a bit worse after it. Will go to physio if it's not better by the time I get paid, if I say it here hopefully that'll make me actually do it.
