My crackpipe target was 90.... :D 90 was my target for the year


And read on FB this morning that the log at the comp is most likely a skinnier one so any concerns about it are now gone

I've tweaked my left lat, not bad but annoying, more so since I think I must have done it while benching or by sleeping weird

chins, face pulls and upright rows
seems to be something just under my lat that's tweaked, not my lat. No idea what that muscle is or what it does so it can't important :lol:

I'm struggling to tell what color band is harder than the other, I feel like it should be obvious :?


Weighed myself the last few days, round about 72kg again. Not entirely sure how or when that happened but I have less belly than pre-cut so not a bad thing.

Glasgow Strength Challenge

Log from floor 50kg x5 in 75s

140kg yoke then 70kg farmers for 10m each in 30.4s

15" deadlift: 100kg x 18 in 75s

Medley of 100kg duck walk, 70kg sled drag, 50kg keg to platform, 80kg sandbag to platform, all for 10m
Got to keg done in 65s, sandbag didn’t get off the ground


Overall happy with how it went. Wanted to not totally bomb out and I didn’t. Things that could have gone better were things like knowing how to pick up a sandbag and pacing the deadlift as cardio which are having practiced strongman stuff problems. Only proper stupid was not setting farmers grip well. Enjoyed it though which is the main thing.

Then as I was walking between train station I was thinking ‘I’d like hot food but don’t want to walk somewhere in the rain’ and happened to walk past a place called Pinto which I figure should have vegan foods based on the name. First member of staff I spoke to seemed very confused then another realised and sorted it and got a really, really awesome burrito.

Weird back tweak is a bit worse after it. Will go to physio if it's not better by the time I get paid, if I say it here hopefully that'll make me actually do it.
