Noob week part 2
few kicks and punches again, can barely justify logging it as physical activity really but we had good noob turn out

3rd Oct

Deadlift: 60kg x5 80kg x3 100kg x3 120kg x3 130kg x3 135kg x3 (PB)
:D and some technique gains to be had

Front squat: 40kg x5 60kg x3 80kg 2x3
whatever I've pulled (don't think it is actually my hamstring) was getting annoyed to didn't go heavy

Pull ups: 3x8
