Running today, same track as Mondays run but with brand new, really blue, shoes and a new neon-green t-shirt. Of course I was faster.

4.7 km 6.13 min/km

29 min and 49 sec, one and a half minute faster then last time. Lots of stretching for my back that currently is in pretty bad shape. Doesn't feel anything when running though so that is always something.

2.5 km 5:59 min/km

My knee started acting up again, might need to rest a few days but will see how it feels.

Vacation time is over so did a short slow jog with lots of walking. Have done a bit of hiking during the vacation which further fucked my knees so right now I just hope they hold up.

Sorry about the knees. Running doesn't seem to be doing you any good, maybe some lifting instead?

That or some swimming. But I really don't want to go inside when there finally is some good weather :) did about 10k walk to do some grocery shopping today and things were feeling much better.

Have done a couple of short easy runs to not stress the knee and it seems to hold up fine. Will continue to increase length steady from now on.

Attended a running course today which was fun and got a few tips. Not funny to see yourself running after you have been filmed.

Late for a doctors appointment today so ran there. Started raining afterwards so ran back to. About 2.5 km x2 with the last kilometer barefoot. *In touch with nature* or in this case, with the tarmac.
