Forgot the max out on plank for 1 min 50 sec and the side plank 60 sec each side.

Ok, enough with the rest period. Started today with one hour body balance. Pretty hardcore! Not so much balance as one would expect...

Ida, I don't think I will have time for running this time :( will I see you at the fair?

Lifting will be incorporated soon enough I hope. Right now I just need to lose some of the extra kilos gained when not training for a couple of months...miss the chocolate chip cookies already :(
