Sorry, no update for a while.
Got sick after Christmas, lost quite a bit of strength, wasn't able to finish the TLA program and am now dedicated to do 531 full body for a year at least to build my strength up again. Just finishing my second cycle. Also, decided to shift some fat, 10kg would be nice.
Will update with some numbers a little later.
Squat - 170kg
DL - 200kg
BP - 110kg
OHP - 75kg
