New log time!
I've been really busy so no time to do a log and not as much time as I'd have liked for training, but still been going to taekwondo 1-3 times per week for the past few months.
I jacked in my part time job to be a full time student and it is *really* full time plus 1.5 hours commute each way every day.
Last few weeks I have been to training more like 3 times per week than 1, which is good. Also been for a run and a couple of gym visits so feel like I'm back doing a reasonable amount of exercise.
I've been trying to eat healthily recently, I need to consciously do this as I get sucked into eating too many cakes and biscuits if I'm not careful.
Going to log gardening and general a-b walking as well, to keep laziness at bay.
m - walking - over an hour altogether
t - tkd - 1 1/2 hours - hard workout!
w - walking - about half an hour
t - walking - about half an hour, tkd, 1 1/2 hours, relatively easy compared to tuesday
f - gym, 5 min warm up on x-trainer, weights machines with puny weights, 2 minutes on the stepper thing, 4k on treadmill in just over 29 minutes + 5 min cooldown, stretching.
s - 2 hours digging, about half an hour walking altogether
s - tkd 1 1/2 hours, walking 1 1/2 hours
