Attempt will be for 50x52.5kg...my OCD says that I must get above hoffmeister and xkillerx in the max weight for 50 reps challenge...

*Training has been minimal during the last two weeks, not because of laziness or lack of motivation but through working 9 night shifts in a row and having a load of university work to do...training should be back on track from today...joined the university gym today, was crazy busy in afternoon, will probably start training in morning...

I went for a fitness/health check at my gym...results as follows...in brackets are the trainers assesment of the stats...
Age=37
Height=176cm
Weigth=72.3kg
BMI=23.31 (Healthy)
Waist=88cm (Low Risk)
Blood Pressure: SIS=121 (Normal) and DIA=71 (Low)
Body Fat=20.9%
Cholesterol=4.55 (Desirable)
VO2 Max=39.5 (Fair)
Press up test=26 in 60 secs (above average)
Sit up test=34 in 60 secs (above average)
