*Ran the first 10km at approx 10kph, started slowing down and ran second 10km at approx 9kph and the last 12.5km at approx 8kph...feel absolutely fucked but happy... 8)

No, I'm not planning on entering any races, but I am thinking of doing some long (maybe multi-day)mountain running come next spring/summer...
