Hopefully I can walk tomorrow and will do the same thing again with squats, maybe a bit heavier though. Will also do speed deads.

It was pretty tough. Even more tough today since I was still sore from Monday. Decided to ease into it a bit by going three days this week, then will gradually add more days.

Squat
3 x 60
3 x 80
3 x 100
3 x 120
2 x 140
1 x 160
10 x 2 x 140
2 x 120

Bench
3 x 60
3 x 80
1 x 100
2 x 80
3 x 2 x 90

Squats took it out of me. Bench felt weak.

Strong pressing :D !
[quote="JP"]Spirulina is a badass crew, and they often just hang around in street corners looking to beat up proteins.

They oftenget confused by the fact that they are almost half protein themselves.

Getting used to it. Not as much volume with squats tonight though.

Press
5 x 40
3 x 50
3 x 60
3 x 70
7 x 60

Squat
3 x 70
3 x 90
3 x 100
3 x 120
2 x 140
2 x 150
5 x 100

Cleans
3 x 60
3 x 60
2 x 80
5 x 90 + Jerk on the last one

Press
10 x 3 x 60
5 x 60

Witnessed some great squatting tonight. 200kg x 5 raw, easy as. Have also got a bit of a crew these days. We train Mon-Wed-Fri around 6pm. We're usually doing similar stuff, but just at different times during the session. It's a shame I have to move in a couple of months though.

7 x 60 - strict

I'm in Armidale at the moment, on placement for my mental health course. I found the uni gym, which had a couple of good squat racks and a platform.

Squat

3 x 120
3 x 140

3 x 40
3 x 50
3 x 60
2 x 70
3 x 80 - push
6 x 60

That's it.
