Aw, I haven't been to a gym with a GHR apparatus in years! I'm super jealous, they are one of my favorite lifts!

I really like them too. Up until a few weeks I had never tried them.

It's a machine like the sled that rugby players and american football players push during training? Or is it like a donkey kick machine? My gym has a donkey kick machine that sounds similar to what you are talking about and it is called the "butt blaster." Seems an unfortunate name to me though :lol:

I've been sick for the past week. Trying to shake it off.. I think I'm getting better.

Did 200 pushups today though.

Did 200 pushups each day for the past 3 days.

Went to the gym tonight for some bench pressing and other stuff. Only managed the bench. Felt fine but started coughing too much.
