Aw, I haven't been to a gym with a GHR apparatus in years! I'm super jealous, they are one of my favorite lifts!

I used a machine, which I guess is used when training for the scrum in rugby. I've been googling and trying to find out what it's called but I can't find anything.. I've never seen one in any other gym. It's plate-loaded and you lean forward with your shoulders against pads, hold onto the handles, then put one foot into a pedal and push back. If you can imagine what a rugby player looks like when driving forward in a scrum.. that's what it's like.

10 x 30 kg each leg
10 x 40 kg each leg
10 x 60 kg each leg
10 x 80 kg each leg
10 x 100 kg each leg

It's a machine like the sled that rugby players and american football players push during training? Or is it like a donkey kick machine? My gym has a donkey kick machine that sounds similar to what you are talking about and it is called the "butt blaster." Seems an unfortunate name to me though

 in one set? That would be mental.
