I agree, a bit scary haha. I can't imagine squatting 240 lbs/109 kg by the end of the program but let's see how close I can get.
As for overhead press (another exercise in the 5X5 program), I have my reservations about going heavy with this one. Is it really necessary?
Went for a cautious run today, a bit distracted by my knee. It was like... are you about to pop or something? Ran around the lake across the street and then went oceanside, ran on the boardwalk to the north end and back down to the south pavilion, then back home.

Orientation for my new job is on Friday. I'll be taking an early ass train M-F for the next couple of weeks for training. I don't know how my energy will be in the evenings. Basically I have to get up around 5-5:30, hop on a train at 6:40, and get to work by 9am (hopefully the bus I'll need to take at the train station will be on time!). Training will end around 5-6 and then I have to take the bus again to get back on the train. I won't get back home until 8pm or later

Thankfully when school actually starts I won't have to take the train until 11:30am so I can work out in the morning or sleep in a bit
