168.3 lbs (76.3 kg) - forgot to put weight last week, was 166.8 lbs (75.7 kg) so starting to go the right direction again at least.

I didn't get the 5x5 at 145 lbs but still not bad really. 1x3@155 lbs is the most i've done without a belt, so squidgy bit in the middle is getting stronger.
