The bars we have are pretty high quality and so can handle that sort of weight assuming they aren't dumped stupidly but from what I've seen these guys don't dump stupidly. Our problem just now isn't with those guys but with guys push pressing in the rack and dumping it onto the safetys.
In my view, if they can lift it then it's not stupidedited to add: what is stupid injury risking weight is relative to the person of course. In the case of this guy it's (almost ... given he's tiny bit high) within his range so not stupid i think.
In any case, I think i may have misunderstood what you meant.
edited to add: Regarding risk of messing up the bar: he's lifting 300kg/660lb and the Texas Power Bar is rated to 1500lb. The bars we have are even better than Texas Power Bar so at least equivalent rating
