So, I'm back again and this time fat and weak.

Training over the past year has been sub-optimal. Shoulder injury returned so I got discouraged and gave up. I have big new plans for the new year though, which involve mostly front squats since they have never bothered my shoulder and hopefully learning to properly snatch and clean and jerk. This gym not too far away now has a "crossfit section" with bumper plates and no silly rules about not dropping weights so that is where i'll be training. Other than that, I'm moving along just fine with my goal to occupy more space
