Got there and the manager said" Actually the people that were leaving ended up not being able to, so we won't need people anymore". After all the trouble that I went through just to get there print out an app( Sounds minor to you guys but a monumental effort for me) life once again decided that i'm a dying plant in much need of fresh shit. Earlier that day I tried doing a abdominal/ grip workout started off fine and energized, but then my old man came out to dish out usual bullshit of the personal nature and I lost motivation. Ima list what I did before rage consumed my soul - weighted side bends, weighted situps to weighted crunches, leg raises, planks, and finally windmills. Today ima do a chest/ grip workout and I hope it doesn't get interrupted!
