Squat: 3x5x75 kg
Bench 3x5x67.5 kg
Back extensions: 3x15
Chin ups: 4, 2, 5, 2 I think yesterday's bouldering had some effect on this.

Happy about the bench, a bit disappointed with the chin ups.

Weekend of bad eating and visiting elderly relatives in the countryside. Three people asked me why I'd gotten fat so bulking seems to be almost working. Weight gain is there, only muscle gain is missing.

Mushroom picking. Found loads of chantarelles from the woods, yummy :)

1.8.2011
Squat: 5x77.5 kg, 5x75 kg, 5x70kg. Form was really bad on the first set so I dropped off a little weight. Form was still bad on the second set. Third set was okayish. I think I'll have another go at 77.5 kg next time.
Press: 3x5x35 kg. Looked at an instructional video on press and picked up some tips. Seemed to go ok.
Power clean: 3x5x52.5 kg.

Squat: 3x5x75 kg. Was supposed to lift 77.5 kg but couldn't find any 1.25 kg plates. Form was not spot on but okayish.
Bench: 3x2x70 kg. Bit of a disappointment but I'll give it another go next time.
Chin ups: 7, 7, 6
Back extensions: Skipped because of lack of time.

Squat: 5x75 kg, 2x5x60 kg. Having the same old trouble with squats. I think that my right leg is stronger and use it more when squatting. Plan is either to use a lot less weight and really focus on proper technique or do lunges and try to strenghten the left leg.
Press: 3x5x40 kg
Deadlift: 5x85 kg

Swimming 1.5 km, 45 minutes.

I have a DIY triathlon coming up in three weeks. This was the first time ever I've swam 1.5 km and I was glad to notice that it didn't feel difficult.

Squat: 3x5x42.5 kg
Lunges: 3x10x30 kg
Press: 4, 4, 3 40 kg. WTF? Seems to have gotten worse since my reset. Maybe it's because I changed my form a little bit after watching technique instructions on Youtube.
Power cleans: 5x3x55 kg.

Lunges: 3x5x35 kg
Bench: 3, 2, 2 @ 70 kg
(skipped back extensions)

Cycling from Porvoo to Helsinki, 65 km, 4 hours.
At night a bike trip around the city 11 km.

Today is restaurant day (http://ravintolapaiva.com/in-english/) and there are many vegan pop-up restaurants also. So good bulking day coming up!

Fun DIY triathlon with friends. 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running. We all had the same pace and total time was around 5 hours I think.
