Mushroom picking. Found loads of chantarelles from the woods, yummy 1.8.2011
Squat: 5x77.5 kg, 5x75 kg, 5x70kg. Form was really bad on the first set so I dropped off a little weight. Form was still bad on the second set. Third set was okayish. I think I'll have another go at 77.5 kg next time.
Press: 3x5x35 kg. Looked at an instructional video on press and picked up some tips. Seemed to go ok.
Power clean: 3x5x52.5 kg.
