I was supposed to train yesterday but my nose was stuffy. Situation was pretty much the same today and I had already decided to skip training today as well, but then I noticed this and got motivated:

Felt a little tired, so had a double espresso right before training. I don't usually drink coffee, so I got a good buzz out of it.
Squat: 3x5x62,5 kg
Bench 5, 5, 4 65 kg
At this point I started to feel nauseaus, probably because of the coffee. Skipped back extensions.
Chin ups: 7, 6, 4 . Happy with the first set, unhappy with the last.
