How does 75kg compare to your 1RM?
I uploaded video, but it's quite bad in quality. I just watched the video and my hip seems to escape towards my right. Any tips or should I just use lower weights untill my form is better?
I've never tried a squat 1RM so I don't know how close 75kg is to it. Pretty close I guess
