How does 75kg compare to your 1RM?

I uploaded video, but it's quite bad in quality. I just watched the video and my hip seems to escape towards my right. Any tips or should I just use lower weights untill my form is better?

I've never tried a squat 1RM so I don't know how close 75kg is to it. Pretty close I guess

Yeah I can see what you are talking about with your hips. Pity we cant see your knees in the video. My guess is that at the same time your right knee goes in and that twists your hips.

Taking off weight and building up would be a good idea. How is your flexibility?

Thanks for the tips. My flexibility is pretty good. So less weight and more focus on technique.

I was supposed to train yesterday but my nose was stuffy. Situation was pretty much the same today and I had already decided to skip training today as well, but then I noticed this and got motivated:

chin-up - 6, 6, 5 very pleased with this!!

Felt a little tired, so had a double espresso right before training. I don't usually drink coffee, so I got a good buzz out of it.

Squat: 3x5x62,5 kg
Bench 5, 5, 4 65 kg
At this point I started to feel nauseaus, probably because of the coffee. Skipped back extensions.
Chin ups: 7, 6, 4 . Happy with the first set, unhappy with the last.

Squat: 3x5x70 kg. Looking at my training log I now realize that I should have used 72,5 kg.

Sexy bike. Also, good progress! Keep it tight, watch your form, and stay away from those injuries! :)
