so all of your WODs and training is done at crossfit?

sounds like you are trying to make most of the high monthly fees ;)

too right!
but no, i do other wods/boxing at work....my boss very kindly built a small gym area! and i've gradually brought stuff in. I've gotten my colleagues involved and the three of us will generally do a wod at lunch. a couple of years ago they were both pie eating smokers!

Anton you still on here?
Have a guy from Hove CrossFit training in our gym at the moment, I asked him if he knows Anton. He said "big guy, short brown hair?" guess that must be you ;)
Then I said, yeah vegan also, then he said no can't be, vegans are always skinny. :roll: :lol:
Next week I will make a point to train with him.
