are you main goals "bodybuilding style" goals, as in body composition change and stuff like that?
At the moment, the only goals I have right now is get stronger in main lifts, bench press, squat, standing military (brought that in this week) and dead lift. Someone got me going on a 5/3/1 program with my regular workout plan being it's back up. I've always been a small, weak person (but chubby at the same time, awful right?) and over the last year dropped 25lbs and started figuring out building muscle. Now I'm finally on track to get stronger especially on a plant based diet (I've only been completely vegan for 5 months, new to it!).
In the spring time I do plan on doing some cutting for beach season just to try minimizing my love handles when my girlfriend drags me to the beach.
