Okay, so I've been training for about 4 months now but I've always missed days/skipped certain sets. This will hopefully make me more integral about it.

This will be my first post with just general stuff that I'll probably continuously edit/update. I'll probably post my split or something in it when I have more time. I'm super busy but making sure I'm getting good gym time.

EDIT: As a preface to this all, it's in pounds, not kgs.

Notes: If anyone can give me a name for that last exercise, it'd be greatly appreciated. I don't know anything more than that I've seen people do it and decided to give it a spin. Also it was my first time doing a deadlift. Way sore after doing it, figuring once my muscles start adjusting I can make some good gains. No leg day because I've been doing a lot of biking but starting it again next week regardless.

Okay so a couple notes over the last week...

Bench numbers look low, I know. For some reason, this being the first time I've touched a legitimate bench in a long while (not a smith), it felt heavy! This week I've already blown way past these numbers, will post those soon. Cable crossover hurts my shoulder and I need to up my pullups!

good to see a log mate.

are you main goals "bodybuilding style" goals, as in body composition change and stuff like that?

At the moment, the only goals I have right now is get stronger in main lifts, bench press, squat, standing military (brought that in this week) and dead lift. Someone got me going on a 5/3/1 program with my regular workout plan being it's back up. I've always been a small, weak person (but chubby at the same time, awful right?) and over the last year dropped 25lbs and started figuring out building muscle. Now I'm finally on track to get stronger especially on a plant based diet (I've only been completely vegan for 5 months, new to it!).

In the spring time I do plan on doing some cutting for beach season just to try minimizing my love handles when my girlfriend drags me to the beach.

Thanks for the support so far! Looking to keep this one going to track my progress easily!
