Beach season is indeed a long way away...will hopefully be pilling on the kilos over the next few months...

I am in absolute agony...I seem to have aggravated a neck injury I picked up over the Summer...I had to take painkillers before going to bed and more now...BOLLOX....I hate being injured... :evil:

Status update: neck and left shoulder is in fucking agony and making me very grumpy...no amount of ibruprofen and paracetamol is making a significant difference...will go to my doctors when they reopen on tuesday...

I'll be going for a sauna tomorrow to see if that helps...muscle is not spasming, more like a continous pain that stops me sleeping or doing anything physical...very suboptimal

Cheers for the supportive comments...just had a chat to a mate who is a sports physio and she reckons I have injured my levat scapula...I'll be seeing her at the weekend for some treatment...in the meantime I will continue to take codeine...

Hmph, some kind of back & neck injury epidemic here... I felt that physiotherapy helped me. Hope that you will get some results with that too, pain in the neck/back sucks so much!
