Went to gym one day this week too. Was busy in there so only spent 20 minutes on treadmill. Didn't get very far! Also did the usual warm up on x trainer and puny weights on the machines plus stretching at the end.
Did a fair bit of walking past couple of days, like over an hour each day.

Gym: pretty much usual, bit heavier on the upper body machines, bit less running: 30 minutes on treadmill inc warm up and cool down, only covered 3.6k tho. Think I will be aching tomorrow from the upper body stuff plus my leg muscles felt tight. Dunno if that was from today or last night?s TKD

Yep, aching arms and legs today!
Did a fair bit of walking around town shopping - that's gotta count as exercise, right? ;)

Walking 1 1/2 hours
TKD 1 1/2 hours
Third time of training this week which is s first for a while! Felt less inflexible and managed OK despite the fact I've got s cough and cold. My headache and cough actually went during the exercise, only returning during the brief relaxation at the end. Odd.
There's a competition next month. I am strangely tempted to try and train for it. It's s goal to aim for. Dunno if I realistically have the time but I'll see.

This log is laughable.
Ok, so since I last posted I think I have been to training once. Also the gym membership has not paid for itself yet, works out I've paid about £40 a session so far :(
Been under a lot of extra stress in recent months so exercise has fallen by the wayside :(
On a positive note though, stress should be greatly reduced in potentially as little as three weeks when my course will be practically over :D

Haha, I didn't realise I'd actually updated this as *recently* as last May.

Stress levels did not reduce after May, they increased considerably until at least November!

I've managed to keep up a bit of physical activity at the rate of yoga most weeks, "running" on the treadmill most weeks and taekwondo most months! It's better than nothing I suppose. Wondering about reviving this log; it was useful and it was useful just looking back at the last few posts of it now.
