Straight Weight Speed Bench

Bench for Reps
3 x 8+2 x 102,5 kg
Just could not do the prescribed 3 x 10. Had to decide whether to stick with one set that was already almost to failure on the 8th and 10th rep or to go through with the volume and sacrifice time. I chose the option with more work.

Close Grip Skullcrusher
4 x 8 x 41,5 kg
7 x 41,5 kg
Shit, so close. But maybe it was still an increase bc I may have done only 4 sets @ 41 kg last time. Don't remember.

Bottom Half ROM Shoulder Press
warmup
3 x 10 x 60 kg
I wanna get back into direct shoulder training bc I have lost a lot of mass in that region. Will have to be careful though because of my almost-injuries in that area. Trying to touch my nose on every rep, just to have some means of keeping an equal ROM throughout the sets.

Bent Over DB Rear Delts + Seated DB Power Clean
3 x 15 x 9,75 kg + 3 x 8 x 9,75 kg

Time: 94 minutes
So I've been dieting for almost a week now and the scales say 82 kg (started at 85 or 84 on that thing, though I was probably 1-2 kg heavier). Most of it'll be water and carbs but still. At the very least I look great in the mirror in comparison to last week. My first refeed will be in 7 days, then we'll know how well it's going.

ME Lower Body
Sumo Box Squat with wraps and heavy bands (blue bands + red bands)
warmup
3 x 90 kg
3 x 100 kg
2 x 105 kg
3 x 110 kg
2 x 115 kg
Coulda been +70 kg or more at the top. Dunno exactly. Bar rolled down my back on the third to last set, so I failed that last rep. The double in the end felt so hard that I decided to call it a day concerning ME.

(Sumo?) Good Morning

4 x 10 x 150 kg
Very last rep paused for 5-10 sec because it felt rather easy. Going sumo on these feels so much better. Good practice for getting tight in the squat.

Weighted Glute-Ham Sit-Up

3 x 12 x 85 kg PB

Inverse Curl (elevated by 4 plates)
5 x 7

Time: 120 minutes
A bit long but other than that awesome session. Can't complain about a thing other than the time I needed.
