Tea (herbal)

Beats me! I just lay in bed all night. Bored. Trying to at least rest. Last night was slightly better, I got maybe 4 x 20 mins. I'm trying sleeping on the couch tonight... and some valerian for good measure. Hopefully that kicks it *crosses fingers* cause it's seriously killing my motivation to train.

2 hrs sleep! I'm happy, its better than nothing. But not surprisingly I'm getting a cold.

Got another good 4 hrs last night, I think there's hope.. But I'm still wary of lifting when I can't see straight...my eyes keep shifting in and out of focus and my sentences are getting muddled... but I'm itching to get back to it!!!
