DB bench press, arms alongside body: 13,5 kg, 4 x 6.
Deadlift: 60 x 5, 65 x 5, 70 x 5, 75 x 4, 60 x 5. A guy came up and suggested I do these without shoes, since regular
sneakers like the ones I have lift the heel a bit which could be bad for balance. Makes sense I guess although I´m not sure

Flyes: 6 kg, 3 x 8. Supersetted with shoulder flyes: 5 kg, 3 x 8.
Abs: Leg raises on bench, then side planks.
Neck raise: 20.
