JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

Thanks sweetie! :)

Took a powerbox class with Cammo78 today and it was awesome!
All of the music was, like, Scooter. Quite tired afterwards.

Nice weather today, decided to skip the gym and do a little cardio by the water below my house.

Three rounds of the following (1 min rest in between):

Lunges, 10 each side.

10 burpees.

10 dips, off bench.

10 leg raises.

10 jumps with feet together onto bench.

Went for a swim afterwards. :)

I'm already feeling a little nostalgic about it. The beautiful view... the smell from the sewer...

Deadlift: Bar x 10. 60 kg x 5. 70 kg x 5. 80 kg x 5. 90 kg, 3 x 5. Last few probably a little ugly, still pleased with the number of reps!

OH press: 25 kg x 5. 27,5 kg, 3 x 5. 25 kg x 5.

Bench press: Bar x 10. 35 kg x 5. 40 kg, 4 x 5.

Dragon variation with 10 kg plate, 8 each side. These are hard when you're tired!

Lunges with 10 kg plate OH, 30 reps in different directions.

Neck raise x 20.

That sounds a little optimistic. :) Probably more like 2-3 years... Maybe I'll just leave it
there for while 'cause it's making my squat look pretty bad right now!
