You seem to be missing out vital bits of information from your training log.

Also, I found a two year old photo of my back and thought it would be fun to take a new one.

The lighting and pose isn't exactly the same but I think you can tell that I've put on a little!

JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

Saturday night could actually deserve mentioning in my training log seeing how much I danced. :)
Went to a club where master bulker Hard Ton performed, in this fab outfit:

Outdoor yoga sounds so nice and peaceful. Also, love the back pics - you've got some good muscle going on!

Thanks Frostfire! :) Yeah yoga outdoors is the best, if you have access to a little patch of nature!

Today's workout:

Bench press: Bar x 10. 40 kg x 5. 45 kg, 3 x 5. 40 kg x 5.

Deadlift: Bar x 10. 60 kg x 5. 80 kg x 5. 90 kg, 4 x 3.

OH press: 25 kg, 5 x 5.

Hip abduction: 79 kg, 3 x 10.

Lunges with 10 kg plate OH, 3 x 8 each side.

Dips off bench: 3 x 12

Abs stuff on bench, 3 sets.

The four last exercises supersetted and without breaks to get a little cardio bonus!

+ Neck prehab.

Cheers Adena! 8)

Had a fun workout today, "Indie Aerobics" on a rooftop in the city center.

Some pretty good pop music and quite unorthodox choreography, some of it from music videos! :D

It's been raining a lot here but just before the class started the sun came out and was shining brightly
for an hour, then it got cloudy again!

It sure was, unfortunately this was the last time this year! But let's have a little powerlifting meet up at your gym soon?

I've been meaning to go and have a look at the one at Ringen.

Today I was introducing yet another friend to the wonders of the barbell, we'll see if this one gets the iron bug...

Squat: Bar x 10. 30 kg x 10. 35 kg, 4 x 10.

SL deadlift + bent over row: Bar x 10. 25 kg, 3 x 10.

Bench press: Bar x 10. 30 kg, 2 x 12. 32,5 kg x 20.

Pulldown: 36 kg, 3 x 10.

Dips: 8, 6, 4.

Leg raise: 2 x 10.

OH press: 20 kg, 3 x 10.

DB bench press: 7 kg x 10. 10 kg, 3 x 10.

Triceps OH extension with DB: 7 kg, 4 x 10.

DB row, one arm: 7 kg, 3 x 10.
