Back at the gym after two wonderful and quite lazy weeks in South Africa! The only exercise I did was 30 min circuit training
with Ida and speciell - once, plus some yoga - four times. Actually the walks in Drakensberg were pretty good exercise too, especially
the four hours high altitude walk in Lesotho. No strength training though!

Took it a little easy today and even warmed up 10 min on the elliptical first.

Bench press: Bar x 10. 35 kg x 5. 40 kg x 5. 42,5 kg, 3 x 5.

Deadlift: Bar x 10. 60 kg x 5. 70 kg x 5. 75 kg, 3 x 5.

OH press: Bar x 5. 25 kg, 4 x 5.

Seated calf raise: 35 kg, 3 x 10.

Hip abduction: 77 kg, 3 x 8.

Seated cable row, one arm: 32 kg, 3 x 8.

Neck raise x 20. Some abs.

1 hour yoga at home. A little more ambitious than usual, did some pretty difficult balance poses. :)

You did do some dance floor cardio though? And bear wrestling? :D

Body Combat today and it was the best class in a while! They even had "Higher state of consciousness" on the playlist!
Sadly, it turned out that this was the last week. How the hell did I miss a whole release, have I not done BC for 3 months? :?

Went bouldering today with Cammo78 and another friend. :)

Fingers gave up long before the rest of the body so we did a little bw strength training:

Wall squat x 3, static deep squat x 3. Push ups, 20 on mattress and 20 with feet on mattress and hands below.

Plank, side planks.

Thanks Rach! Last night was a little weird actually... Had more fun today training with Cammo78!
We tried "Ruffie" which is group training that consists of wrestling, strength training using your partner's
bodyweight and some regular conditioning stuff like burpees. It was good exercise, especially the wrestling elements
since we're about the same size and equally stubborn. :D

Here's a short clip, the second half is from our gym:

You should! He was there and coached the instructor a little and gave everyone encouraging
comments, seemed super nice! I have DOMS de luxe in my quads today btw. :)

OH press: Bar x 5. 25 kg, 4 x 5.

Lunges, holding 10 kg plate OH: 3 x 10 each side.

Shoulder prehab exercise.
