Yeah I guess it could count. hay bales = nice dirty, dusty, sneezy training. :)

FRI:
chinups: 10
squats: 5x5x275
bench: 4/4/4x200, 2x205, 1x210, 1x215
bb rows: 3x5x175

So I'm in love with almond butter, chocolate almond milk and now cashew butter. using the choc almond milk in protein shakes doesn;t add much protein as compared to soy milk, but it's just so much tastier. but then a gob of almond or cashew butter and a 25g scoop of protein and I'm real happy.

i can;t even get myself to make a peanut butter sandwich lately. I'd rather use one of the aforementioned instead. it's certainly not as economical, but heck i gotta pamper myself with a few luxuries formt time to time.

Thanks .Flux for the recommendation way back when...

yeah the only reason i don't get the other nut butters is cost.

did you mean "Caninus?" :P

*SO attempted my PB today and while I hit the mark w/ two singles @ 325 (147.4kg), I don't believe i hit parallel. I'm not so good at shooting video and need to get a better angle, but I'll try again on Wed and get a video up to know for sure.

tried to up my OHP top set, but couldn't get more than 2 reps each, so went back to 150 to get some volume.

MON:
pull-ups: 10
squats: 1/1x325 (147.4kg)*
OHP: 1F/2/1x155, 5/4x150
shrugs: 10x240
DL: 3x3x340
chin-ups: 3x5x(bw+20)
planks
dips: 5x10x(bw+10)

oh yeah :( I do mean Caninus. Animus might work too though

"Definition of ANIMUS
1
: basic attitude or governing spirit : disposition, intention
2
: a usually prejudiced and often spiteful or malevolent ill will
3
: an inner masculine part of the female personality in the analytic psychology of C. G. Jung — compare anima "

oh and video must contain both Animus and Caninus

WED:
10 pull-ups
squats: 1x325 (147.4kg) 1x330 (149.7kg) - PB*
bench: 3x4x200, 3x1x215 (97.5kg)
bb rows: 3x5x175
usual disco: hang crunch, db arnolds, skulls, bb curls

*so let me know if I got to parallel or not. I won't post to the VST unless you all think i hit it. seems close, but I won;t be hurt if I failed.

ALSO I need to invest in a new belt. this cheap velcro deal is failing on me. in the 2nd vid, you may see how the belt actually gives out mid-lift. Maybe it's time to invest in one of Buzz's belts.

1x325 (147.4kg):

1x330 (149.7kg):
