So I'm in love with almond butter, chocolate almond milk and now cashew butter. using the choc almond milk in protein shakes doesn;t add much protein as compared to soy milk, but it's just so much tastier. but then a gob of almond or cashew butter and a 25g scoop of protein and I'm real happy.
i can;t even get myself to make a peanut butter sandwich lately. I'd rather use one of the aforementioned instead. it's certainly not as economical, but heck i gotta pamper myself with a few luxuries formt time to time.

yeah the only reason i don't get the other nut butters is cost.
ever try sunflower butter? I'm not a fan but i could see how one could be.
