good to hear you are well! For cardio you should get hold of a tractor tire and do tire flipping and sledgehammer stuff as you have the space right?

yes my pathetic log is overrun by cobwebs and tumbleweeds.

but thanks for checking in. I'm still lifting 2-3 times a week. But still mostly at the same #s. I did bump my squat reps up a whole 5 lbs though. whoop!

yeah I'd rather keep hitting it regularly even at the same top reps. better that keep steady than to stop and have to crawl back up. odd thing is I'm eating a ton, looking pretty buff, and no injuries really. Just not sure why I can;t seem to step my game up. it'll happen.

If I may offer a friendly suggestion.

Everyone here knows you work hard and have come through various injuries (imo the real test of a lifter) so the problem is unlikely to be not working hard but perhaps you are not working smart enough.

I would suggest starting a thread with your training history and current programming and see what suggestions people (probably not me) have for breaking the plateau.

Even if you already have a good knowledge base of programming stuff, everyone benefits the more objective perspective that others have from the outside. This is why many elite people have other people do their programming for them.

Just an idea :)

Actually just keeping the log going would fulfill the same purpose as said thread i think.

To kick things off I think your training needs to incorporate more Jimmy Hendrix :)
