Awesome work Scott. Was it predominantly raw or equipped either way?

Thanks, it was a total adrenaline rush. Crashing now though.

Only a few people competed equiped, just the big benchers mostly. Everyone else lifted raw with just a belt.

Umm not sure at the moment. There is a comp in July at Milton Keynes but I am not sure if a qualifying total is required. Will find out in the next few weeks if there is one coming up. I would very much prefer a longer prep time for it, the first one was quite rushed.

Good easy session, first session back for most of the crew, so we spent more time chatting than training.
