Deadlift: 170, 180, 185/190

Squats were not too difficult. Happy to get 155kg, I think I should be able to do more soon.
Getting 85kg on the bench was also great, it's equal to my non-paused PB so I am fairly sure that touch-and-go I would be good for at least 90.
Deadlifts were the real standout for the day. Although going into today my deadlifts were probably my weakest lift in terms of my recent improvements in squat and bench, so I wasn't expecting much with the pulls. My original plan was to open with 170kg, but during the warmups I felt good so I decided to have my last warm up at 160kg and change my opening pull to a sneaky 180kg. All three deadlifts felt like shopping bags, so I am fairly confident of getting more than that (hopefully 200kg) soon.
