Hard to say, because I've not done any singles lately. Will probably decide on the night whether to push for 150kg or to settle for an easier 145kg PB.

We shall see.

Wait until I retest my deadlift 1RM max before getting too confident ;) I tend to make my best gains when I don't train it for a couple of months and just squat...

...BOOM...I think this program just paid itself off... squats were great. Talked myself out of trying 145kg and I'm glad I did. Really slow but everyone that saw it said it was a good lift.
