The new qualifying total is 435kg. Not sure if that's achievable next year unless I can add about 20kg to my bench.

Otherwise in 4 years I will be able to qualify easily in the M1 category... fuck I'm getting old :)

There's nothing wrong with easy openers.

Getting 9/9 with PBs in there is a great acheivement.
was there a time we weren't at war; when we knew what our hearts and hands were for?

Haven't played a racquet sport for a couple of years... it was brutal...

5 x 60kg...

...the plan was to do 3x5 x 60kg but was talked into maxing out, meh.

DB fly: 3 x 8
DB row: 3 x 8
Leg extensions: 4 x 10
Rope pulldowns: 3 x 10
Lat pulldowns: 3 x 8
Tri extensions: 2 x 20
Side bends: 3 x 10

that Deadlift is qualification standard for nationals surely

how about the others?

are you planning on going to nationals in whatever federation this is?
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

There are no national standards for single lifts other than bench. Qualification is driven by your three-lift total. Of which I am unfortunately nowhere near at the moment.
