would you call them 18inch deadlifts? Really big numbers there, do you use straps?
If not you have monster grip.

No idea. When you say 18 inch deads do you mean the bar is 18 inches off the ground or the movement is 18 inches?

In any case, it was just above my knees which meant I could sit fairly high and get my feet a long way in front of the bar. Only pulling it maybe 15-20cm though. No straps.

Saturday, 20/8

Went to the gym, but it was a waste of time. Not feeling well, tried to deadlift but failed 160 twice. Left after 15 minutes. Went home and played around with my new 16kg kettlebell for an hour or so.

Nice trip out to Kent on Sunday to watch the strongman comp, lovely sunny day.

Nah. Every time I try and start a program I modify it or give it up after a few weeks. I just prefer doing my own thing depending on how I feel.
