Haha yeah the other guys explained it pretty well. Sometimes I like to bring a bit of Robert Cheeke to the party.

nice new addition! and good job on those weighted chins. +20kg is excellent.

I used to do them but using a backpack and tossing in a plate or two. need to start that back up.

Thanks mate. I tried doing them with chains and a dumbell between my ankles but the dip belt works a charm. I don't really have any idea what is a good amount of weight to add to them, but it's a decent start and hopefully I'd like to get a 1rm of 1.5xbw, which at the moment which would be around bw+32.5kg.

seems like the belt would be great for dips too. I currently use a med ball b/w my knees for extra weight. but you have to concentrate on not dropping it (or a dumbell). the belt seems like you could fully concentrate on the exercise which is a bonus.

so something else I need to invest in.

hey keep safe man. I may not be in London (and not been in for 20+yrs), but I was born there. :(

Hard to say. I wouldn't say I'm close to any of them at the moment.

Probably bench, I grinded out 80 a week or so ago, and my max is 85.

Squat probably next, they are going quite well.

Bettering 185 on deadlift seems total crackpipe, have been struggling pulling 160 lately.

Feeling great now though, and I wouldn't trade that for any PB's!
