So, relocation successful.

Well and truly in transition mode now. Job acquired. Car acquired. House... getting there. Garage gym... acquired!

No training for almost five weeks. Did some light stuff the other day and it nearly killed me. Easy does it...

I'm pretty limited with what I can do at the moment as I only have my squat rack, bench and olympic barbell and plates. Have a nice long shopping list of stuff I need to kit out the gym, mainly some floor matting, 25kg bumper plates, some dumbells, chalk plus the rest of the stuff I have shipped back from the UK that's due sometime in February.
