So due to work being very busy and generally feeling rubbish, I'm only going to be able to get to the gym once per week, for the next few weeks at least. Life is pretty sub-optimal at the moment.

There is a comp on 13 July that I would lift to enter, but not sure what part of the world I will be in around that time so can't confirm if it's going to happen.
