Keep it going! I wish you were in Michigan. I got my neighbor to go from 1:20 per 50yds to 0:43 per 50yds in a year. It is possible!

Cheers Dude!!! I could go faster with propper turns as well but it is the time spent swimming that I need for the open water so I'm just not pushing off at all.

I'm feeling better and more efficient every session.

I've got the distance I need, I've got the speed I need. Now I deen to bring em together and try it in some waves eh?

Tell you what my little VFersInBlack ...

I'm fucked for the race tommorow ...

Went to see The Stranglers in Liverpool (making love to ... the Mersey Tunnel) ...

I can think of a lot worse places to be;
like down in the streets;
or down in the sewer
or on the fucking ferret across the fuckin Mersey

... last night.

Great gig (one of the best ever to tell the blackest truth)

Great fucking crowd (scous to a man ... or woman)

Monumental.

Got JJ's plectrum (ha Helmut ... What ya think of that? Down under in Australia???)

Anyway ... got crushed, bashed, butted, punched to kingdom come and feel like a ... ... ? Anyway I get all the dirty shitty jobs.

I predict a PW (personal worst) tomorrow.

Whatever happened to ... all the humor?

It got an ice pick ... yadda yadda yadda.

34 years I've been standing at their feet ... Time to die eh? or maybe just time for Waltz (in Black?)

Next time I see them will be in ... oh wait a minute ... 3 weeks' time in gay Paris.

Go Buddy Fucking Go.

We can longer take it to VBB. VF now looks just like VBB (except of course that they have all nutters).

Failed on VF? Don't worry mate, try VBB.

Thu 11 Mar

4 mile jog

Fri 12 Mar

Day off work so went swimming bertween the two F1 practice sessions. Had to miss out on Jeremy Kyle and Trisha but training for success in triathlons demands these sacrifices eh?

Where is the squatting? Surely you could belt off a few light ones, say 175kg. Or don't you log the warmups?
