KICK LOGIC OUT AND DO THE IMPOSSIBLE

Postby Snakeface » Thu Aug 04, 2011 9:17 pm

Decided to finally start a training log on here. This should be more effective than logging activity on Wii Fit Plus (with noone to hold be accountable except the Wii Balance board...).

Today was not my best day for nutrition :C
Also, tried to do some yoga/strength training, but pulled a muscle on my side while trying to do Triangle Pose, so just chilled instead. About to go for a jog with onii-chan, so at least that'll be something worthwhile.
At the end of my period, so still feeling bloaty and heavy...ugh.
Ended up mostly walking, but did it for 40min.

Lesson learned: REALLY be on top of staying active during period. I refuse to let that turn me into a blob of sedentary goo.

I'm training for the Peachtree Road Race next year in my state, and also working on developing strength and balance as well. I walk/jog/run, do yoga/strength training, and various aerobics when I'm at home. How about you?
