Friday I weighed myself at 69kg so double crisps was well deserved ;) Yeah baby cart totally on the 'baby gadget kit list' ... Research already started!

Sun - 16 mile bike .... Gulp... On the road!! :) all this talk of bike trainers nudged me out on the road, glorious sun... Hilly ride at 16.5 mph ave.

Tiger Lily's 1st birthday party :) I love my daughter...

Ha.. Beach season starts tomorrow... It's holiday time!!

Fri & Sat - too busy
Sun - 10 miles, 7:30 min/mile... Seemed SO easy! I think that's what you get for 2 days rest!

Er ... OK trying to remember

Mon - off
Tue - 8 miles
Wed - 5 miles & 4 mile bike (to shops ;))
Thur - 6 miles
Fri - 6 miles
Sat & Sun - travelling home
Mon - 6 miles & 1900m swim
Tue - 4 miles
Wed - 40 min turbo

OK .. so after my longest swim session in 2 years, it's apparent that I have no endurance! My form gradually declines quite badly after about 3oom straight, and my times are a good 15 - 25 seconds down per 100m :( Must spend more time in the water! Hoping the lake opens up soon, so Sat morning swims start.

Fri - tooth extraction
Sat - 11 miles (of 13, twisted my right ankle again! :()
Sun - 30 mile bike club ride... Nice to be out in a group

Need more calories I think....

If I start bulking, I'll book in for uber fika ;)

Mon - 4 miles slow
Tue - Day of rest
Wed - 5 miles, 7:30 pace, felt lovely and easy, drifting along
Thur - 10k midweek inter club race. Nice to race again - 1st 10k for 3 years probably. Managed to get the pace a bit wrong and was left with gas in the tank at the end. 42:30 .. including a stop to retie shoelaces. Happy that I can run a decent time, unhappy that I got it a bit wrong and wasn't closer to 40 min.
