OK .. so after my longest swim session in 2 years, it's apparent that I have no endurance! My form gradually declines quite badly after about 3oom straight, and my times are a good 15 - 25 seconds down per 100m

Must spend more time in the water! Hoping the lake opens up soon, so Sat morning swims start.
