aha! I hear you on that. I miss those nice long evening runs.... now it's always a challenge to get them in a lunch time. Luckily for me I have a very flexible work schedule so if I can fit them meetings and whatever else I am panicked about, I can get a decent run in! :) Do you have others to run with at your work?

Hey Mr C :) Yeah - I'm happy I can run at all! They have a shower at work too which is good (I've run at works without!) No-one at work to run with, but that's OK for me, iPod on and get away from it all for a while.

Thurs - 4 miles (actually did take a guy from work to my running club for a rare club session. I ran with him to keep him company but he was knackered after 2 miles, so we split from the group had a walk and jogged back... heh.)

Tue - 4 miles
Wed - day off
Thurs - 5 miles
Fri - Weights before work + 5 miles (booya)

Tiger Lily sleeping for england, we are having a very easy time of it (**at the moment**) .. so running is not difficult. I'm just wedging it in at lunch so I can be a good daddy in morning and evenings (but that means shorter runs). Settled into a nice routine here and adding weights in where I can is helping too.

No races on the horizon, need to be around at the weekends rather than long training so the idea is train all 2012 and probably try to rack up some duathlons, or a nice long ultra earlier next year.
