Backed off training on sunday to prepare for mondays interview. Wish I hadn't botherd there was an internal candidate and it was fairly obvious that they wanted her. Maybe this is just the UK system.....they have to advertise a job and go through the interview process, even if they want an internal applicant. It's blinking annoying!!
Also heard on the grapevine that the college where I had my interview are also starting a "curriculum review" this week. Nowhere is safe it seems.

Sunday ran to the gym (~10min) did a circuit of exercies to mobilise and start to strengthen the shoulder. Ran home
Bench press, military press, tricep dips, lat pull downs, bicep curls, upright row, shoulder shrugs, side lifts?
very low weights (too embaressing to mention ......... this is a rehabilitation exercise!!) 3 x 10 of each
mobility very much improved, paricularly noticable on the lat pull downs as I can now pull the bar down and finish with the bar behind the head, hands to shoulder.
Can now get a bar (yes bar alone.... haha) onto shoulders ready to do squats, but there is something still pulling when in that position. It's going to be a while before I can put any weight on the bar to actually do some good for my legs. I know squats are the best all round exercise for legs, but the leg press will have to do for the forseeable future.
