Ok tonights work out i feel a little like it wasn't that productive. But i haven't trained my chest more than some DB press here and there recently.
Tonights work out:
Incline DB chest Press:
15-12-10-10 @ 16kg
Incline Chest Fly:
10-10-10-10 @ 10kg
Bench Press: (Just went light with this as i have found previously that it hurts my wrists i assume if i build it up slowly ill suffer from this less)
10-10-10-10-10 @ 30kg
I only managed 12 press ups before my body gave up and i couldn't push out anymore.
I think i should try and do some press ups everyday maybe to improve on this faster.
Didn't want to push it so i called it a day.
Tomorrow is Squat day
