I've been vegan since 4 years and 10 months now (after being ~10 years vegetarian). One month ago I switched to a raw vegan diet and since then I dropped 4kg. Now I'm on a steady state regarding body weight.
I train for 5 and 10km street races and half-marathon.
My goals are: get as fast as I can *haha*

5km: 21:58min (june 2009)
10km: 46:xxmin (june 2008)
HM: 1:47:xxmin (april 2008)
